Radiant film cut into the shape of fish and water motifs highlights a parade through the canyons of Wall Street. Manipulated by pageant performers, the cutouts reflected images of sky, buildings and bystanders, creating a play of light visible the visible in midday sun. The parade combined science and showmanship to kick off the River to River Festival, part of the revitalization of downtown Lower Manhattan.
