Jeanne Choi is a Partner at Tillett Lighting Design. She joined the firm in 2013 and, from the beginning, her approach to lighting design has been shaped by her drawing and rendering practice. Her thoughtful, experimental and at times even playful approach has shaped the firm’s reputation for beautifully-realized, imaginative solutions to complex design problems. She has a deep understanding of the poetry of nighttime public space and an unwavering commitment to seeing each project successfully built and maintained. Her portfolio includes public parks, waterfronts, plazas, cultural and educational campuses, master plans and private residences. 

She holds a Master of Fine Arts in Architectural Lighting Design from Parsons School of Design at The New School and a Bachelors of Industrial Design from Pratt Institute. She is an active member of the International Association of Lighting Designers, the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America, and the American Society of Landscape Architects.
