Tillett Lighting Design worked with the children of Quebec Terrace to design light boxes, decorated by the children, to illuminate their apartment buildings. To address the children’s fears of a darkened outdoor stairway, frequented by older kids, a stair mosaic was designed by the children and illuminated by Tillett Lighting Design.
