The new High Line Headquarters, designed by the Renzo Piano Building Workshop in collaboration with Beyer Blinder Belle, houses the entire support staff and administrators for the park, public restrooms, and a public elevator. The building’s design is meant to evoke the character and details of the historic structures of its neighborhood, the Meatpacking District. The building has LEED® Silver certification.
